Celebrating Routine |
Hello Reader, This month, I am really focusing on celebrating the routine that the school year gives us back, which as a human who struggles with constipation is 🎉! The routine of start times, packing lunches, family dinners. The routine of knowing where you are going to be at any given time of the week. As a mom, loving that my kids are sleeping by 8:30 pm. And as Pelvic PT loving that people start noticing their bowel routine again. I do hope as you get back to a routine, you can keep it light, you can keep it predictable and that your bowel movements are satisfactory. If you need a little help, give me a call ❤️ Simple tricks for better poops:
September HappeningsI will be treating out of Little Lake Wellness Hub on Mondays and Wednesdays. I am just about full; so I am starting to have patients a schedule out a full course of care to make sure they are able to get the times they need and my caseload does not outgrow my limitations. I will also be heading to Atlanta for a Pelvic Health Conference at the end of September. Thank You!I often think about what “2023 Bridget” might think about me leaving a “safe job” to go work for myself. Resilient Root is truly a labor of love, Love for myself (and my digestive system) but also for my patients. I am so grateful to continue to co-create so much healing with all of you. If you have felt supported, please tell your family and friends. Leaving a Google review is the best way to help those like you find me. I am really looking forward to seeing you in September, 🩶Bridget Dr Bridget Kane is not only kind, caring, compassionate, and attentive, but she is also a skilled physical therapist.
