Bridget is especially equipped to help support those who are overwhelmed by their symptoms; pain, prolapse, leaking, etc.

 

She takes a holistic approach to help you, carefully listening to and formulating a thoughtful plan to help support your healing.

Bridget is specialized in helping women with pelvic pain, leaking, pain with sex, specifically following the birth of a baby or into menopause.

 

 Often times pelvic floor symptoms are very complex and have lots of moving pieces. 

 

How do you know if you could benefit?

 

It you have a problem you wouldn't talk about in "polite" company (pain with sex, problems pooping, leaking, prolapse); Bridget probably has some answers.​​ If you have a symptom you are not sure about give her a call!​​​​​​

Your healing will look different from many others people. Bridget has the advanced training to help support women with pelvic pain, bladder dysfunction, bowel dysfunction, sex challenges, and spinal pain.
